The Enterprise Package is the ultimate option to always have your site monitored, backed up and up-to-date. In addition to the inclusions of Essential and Platinum WordPress Maintenance packages, this plan also contains 10 hours towards site updates with 24 hour response time.

(1) Backups are performed while retaining the previous two backups performed (2) Updates are made barring any conflicts with other installed code or server settings. Premium themes and plugins may incur an additional renewal fee (3) If restoration is needed, website will be restored to the latest viable backup available (4) Response time in normal operating business hours (5) Hours do not carry over month-to-month if not used in the current month. Additional work requested outside of the monthly website maintenance package allotments will be billed at a discounted hourly rate.
